Scott Penberthy sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who contact us — answering questions, scheduling and following up on work, sending invoices and payment links on request, and providing customer support. Replies may come from our team or our AI assistant.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting or calling us, or by giving us your mobile number when requesting service or an invoice. By doing so you agree to receive related text messages at that number. We do not send marketing texts, and your consent is never shared with third parties.

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us — typically replies to your questions, follow-ups on work, and invoices you request.
